Middleton Hall Retirement Village boasts extensive facilities and grounds for the enjoyment of all residents, their families and friends. These include:

The grounds include the sports green with an all weather surface for bowling, croquet and putting as well as a boules pitch. In addition there are formal gardens including a Japanese Garden and wildlife areas, including a bird hide, with two ponds and a wetland area. There are a series of woodland walks for people to enjoy the birds and wildlife living in the grounds.
